Sydney Hinton, Hinton Services

Sydney spent years in facility and property maintenance before he ever picked up a pressure washer for a living — keeping buildings looking the way owners and tenants expected, on a schedule, without excuses. That background is why Hinton Services runs the way it does: clean truck, clean trailer, gear that’s maintained instead of duct-taped together, and a guy who shows up looking like he takes the job seriously, because he does. Starting the business was less about “adding a service” and more about doing the work right in a market where a lot of pressure washing outfits are one guy, one truck, and no follow-through.

Most of what Sydney does now is repeat business — the same houses every year, the same storefronts on a standing schedule — because a one-time clean doesn’t mean much if the property looks the same as before six months later. Every job, residential or commercial, gets held to the same standard: show up on time, do it right the first time, and leave the property looking like someone who cares about it just came through.
