These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Hinton Services LLC website (the “Site”) and your engagement of pressure washing, soft washing, concrete cleaning, commercial exterior cleaning, kitchen hood and exhaust cleaning, and property maintenance services (the “Services”) provided by Hinton Services LLC (“Hinton Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

This Site is provided for informational purposes and to allow visitors to learn about our Services and request quotes. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse any content, form, or feature on the Site.

2. Quotes & Estimates

• Quotes provided through the Site, by phone, or by text are estimates based on the information and/or photos provided and are subject to change following an in-person inspection.
• Final pricing for commercial exterior cleaning and kitchen hood/exhaust cleaning is confirmed after an on-site assessment.
• Quotes are valid for a limited time and may be adjusted for scope changes, site conditions, or delays outside our control.

3. Scheduling & Appointments

• Appointments are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any delays or rescheduling.
• Access to the property (including gate codes, pets secured, and clear access to work areas) is the customer’s responsibility. Delays caused by lack of access may result in rescheduling fees.
• Cancellations should be made as far in advance as possible. Repeated same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Payment

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking or invoicing.
• Recurring/commercial service agreements may have separate invoicing terms as outlined in the applicable service agreement.

5. Property & Site Conditions

• Customers are responsible for disclosing any known fragile, damaged, or unusual surface conditions (e.g., pre-existing cracks, loose siding, aging paint, weak grout) prior to service.
• While we take reasonable precautions to protect landscaping, windows, fixtures, and surrounding property, exterior cleaning inherently carries some risk to aged, damaged, or improperly sealed surfaces. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions that are revealed or worsened by routine, properly performed cleaning.
• Customers should remove or secure valuable or fragile items near the work area prior to our arrival.

6. Satisfaction & Service Issues

If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please contact us within [insert timeframe, e.g., 48 hours] of completion so we can review and address the concern. We aim to resolve legitimate service issues promptly, at our discretion, which may include a re-clean of the affected area.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Louisiana law, Hinton Services LLC’s liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.

8. Licensing & Insurance

Hinton Services LLC represents that it carries applicable licensing and insurance coverage for residential and commercial exterior cleaning services as advertised on the Site. Proof of insurance is available upon reasonable request.

9. Promotions & Offers

Any current offers or discounts advertised on the Site (such as new-customer or bundle discounts) are subject to change or discontinuation without notice and may have specific conditions, minimums, or expiration dates as stated at the time of the offer.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Hinton Services LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

11. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party platforms (such as Google Reviews or Facebook). We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of those third-party sites.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts of Ouachita Parish, Louisiana.
